メッセージ 省エネルギー化や新エネルギーの創成は人類全体で取り組むべき必須の課題ですが、快適なライフスタイルを維持したままエネルギー資源を出来るだけに使わずに済ませる技術こそが持続可能な低炭素社会に必要な技術であり、そのためには再生可能エネルギー(太陽光や風力、地熱)やバイオマスを有効に活用しなくてはならず、今後、最も重要な課題と位置づけられます。軟磁性材料開発およびそれらのデバイス開発とシステム化を通じてこれら問題と向き合い、社会の要請に答えていきたいと考えます。
